I lost my car keys after a night out on New Year’s Eve, I googled lock smiths near me... there were many but after calling around I received the best customer service via telephone. I was give a great price and a great attitude as well! My car was unlocked and I was given 2 keys and 1 remote for a very great price, much cheaper than the dealership would have charged me! I recommend anyone to use their service in time of need ! :-)

Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!
